Annual Charge
Pitch Fee for 2017 Season
1st March 2017 – 2nd January 2018:
Standard plot £3,700 + VAT @ 20% = £4,440
Premier plot £4,450 + VAT @ 20% = £5,340

Rates (Local Authority) plus
Sewerage & Refuse Collection
1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018 £461.25

Other Charges
Caravan Monitoring System – £78.00 plus VAT – 2016
Gas meter standing charge – £60.00 plus VAT @ fuel rate – 2016
Gas & Electricity usage – Metered individually
Caravan Insurance – Quoted on an individual basis

Annual charges will be apportioned from date of completion


Caravan Insurance – The Park administers an insurance scheme which is available to all our owners at cost price. We will be pleased to provide an insurance quotation for your new holiday home.
All holiday homes will be deemed to be a maximum of 6 berth and are not for residential use. Units may not be sublet.
New holiday homes are sold with a 12-year security of tenure from the date of first purchase. The remaining security of tenure for previously owned units will be as shown on the individual sales details.
